Just wanted to give my appreciation for the wonderful service we received for the funeral we had today for Jack Oliver Hood. Troy is amazing and couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. The catering was top notch and everything went without a hitch. Pricing very reasonable for the impeccable work and service.

Great facilities, unfortunately the people working there are not very good. At a funeral we recently attended there, the "funeral director" and her colleague started off as respectful and seemingly understanding or/emphatic but once the service finished they made it obvious by their looks and body language that they wanted us out as soon as possible. By 4.50pm, when there were still about 25 guests talking with the bereaved family, the "funeral director" started walking around announcing very loudly in an annoyed voice and with condescending looks that, "It's time to get out now. It's almost 5pm. Everyone leave now." It was very sad and heartless. Strongly recommend that you get better staff- who actually can care about people and know how to deal with bereaved families in a more appropriate manner.
Can't go to my own mothers funeral because of a vaccination im told is my choice... if its my choice then not allowing me entry is cold inhumane and unfathomable..come to think of it- my mother wasn't vaccinated...is she gunna be banned from her own wake?
Great experience from death in hospital to final closure. Wonderful, clear communication and sincere interaction. Plans were perfect and now memories cherished. Thank you so very much
