Dil's Funeral Services (North Harbour)

Dil's was amazing for my wife and I when her brother passed away recently. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, compassionate and helpful with us. They were able to answer all of our questions and showed us extreme kindness throughout the entire process. Greg was with us throughout the entire process and made everything as pain free as possible. We are grateful to the entire team at Dil's for everything they did for us.

Our funeral services of choice was Dil's when my sister passed away recently. Apart from a hiccup with the call centre, their service was second to none. We were fortunate to have Cecelia, as our funeral director. Her calm, caring, gentle demeanour put us all at ease. Nothing was too much or too difficult for her. They brought my sister home to us just looking as though she had just left for work, it was a blessing to us all. Cecelia undertook her role with complete ease and efficiency. We can not thank her enough for making this dreadfully sad time in our lives just that much easier to cope with.

When our Dad passed away recently, we went to Dil's to organise the service and we were blown away by the compassion of the staff and how easy they made it for us to get through a difficult and overwhelming time. In particular Karen who looked after us every step of the way, with care, empathy and kindness and to Amber who also quietly gave us words of assurance along the way. We ended up with a beautiful service and send off for our Dad. Thank you all so much from our family, to everyone involved from Dil's🙏❤️

These guys came recommended by family members When my mother in law passed away recently we gathered there on the day for a family session to sort out details. Cecelia was professional, compassionate and empathetic. Despite a quick turn around between passing and the service she was helpful and kept the show on the road. I had made the choice to be the officiator and was guided through the process so that what we ended up with on the day was a wonderful celebration of life

Had my family member passed away. Was a difficult time for the family due to an accident at the hospital. Greg and his team were very patient, professional and respectful. Greg was answering all the questions and attended every enquiries with the values above. He didnt mind repeating over. All my extended family members were able to have a peaceful farewell all thanks to him and his team. They carered to our Korean culture so well and made it all possible. All the best wishes to him and his team. Their works are sacred, beautiful and meaningful. I pray them wellness, peacefulness and happiness. I cannot express enough how I was grateful to have him and his team.
