Craig was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every detail clearly, and was always responsive to emails and phone calls – even outside of office hours. Their support made a very difficult time so much easier to navigate

When we were recently faced with the need for funeral services, we wanted to engage a local business, so we chose Forrest. Samuel was immediately available even though it was after business hours, and he was so very kind, yet professional and efficient. His guidance was invaluable, he listened, and waited patiently whilst we made the necessary decisions, all the while working hard in the background to get everything organised. We were able to ring at any time we needed to. Samuel brought everything together for us beautifully, and discreetly helped us to deliver a special ceremony for our loved one. Thank you to Sam, and the team at Forrest.

3 years ago we used Forrest's for my mothers funeral. The pros: nice herse, good price, respectful and caring. The Cons: The Catholic Korean priest selected by Forrest's that came to Schnapper Rock was hard to understand and we paid $2K for his services. The Elderly funeral director from Forrest's was disorganised at the start, The music was too quiet, our positions around the coffin to carry it were confusing for him. I felt very rushed. One of the elected songs was missed completely. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately we have had cause to utilise Forrest Funeral Services three times in the past four years, but therein lies the testament to the professional and caring service they have provided on each occasion. Have guided us through the process in a sympathetic fashion each time and have literally and figuratively gone the extra mile for us. No hesitation in recommending them.

Browns Bay Forrest Funerals were totally professional and empathetic when they helped my family prepare for and deliver my mothers funeral. They went out of their way to create a funeral booklet that we were happy with and on the day the flowers, chapel room and refreshments were all that we could have hoped for.
