Recently, I had to arrange two funerals less than a month of each other, and having not had to do this before, was feeling extremely overwhelmed and grief stricken. I was fortunate enough to make contact with Mike at Collingwood Funeral Home after a google search and immediately, I felt his care and compassion through the phone. Their care of our deceased loved ones, was exemplary and they stayed in contact throughout the process, and answered any questions we had honestly and in a timely fashion. All the staff were welcoming and treated us with care and kindness. From the initial first contact, to receiving our loved ones ashes back, was done in a thorough and timely manner, which was so appreciated and needed. The whole team made a difficult and emotional time, not just easier, they made it so very special, and helped ease the heartache and grief we were feeling. So, if you are requiring the services of an exceptional funeral home, you will not find better care or communication than the team at Collingwood Funeral Home. My dad had a very very short battle. Collingwoods collected dad and were very professional, but very caring. Would ring me and ask or inform me of what there next steps with dad would be. I would say I'm so glad we didn't send dad elsewhere. Mike and his team are just wonderful, caring and very professional. I would highly recommend Collingwoods to anyone that would like to give there lived ones a lovely send off.

I want to wholeheartedly thank the team at Collingwood Funeral Home for the beautiful remembrance service they arranged on Sunday. It was such a special and comforting evening, honouring loved ones who have passed during the last 12 months and also remembering those gone before. I can’t recommend Collingwood highly enough. Todd, Mike, Robyn and Justin go above and beyond. In a time of extreme sadness, they make things more bearable simply by being so genuinely caring, thoughtful and supportive. I was privileged enough to be helped through the grieving process with Mike & Robynne when I recently suddenly lost my god-brother. Mike went out of his way to ensure I got to see my brother in a very dignified, safe & lovely state. I cannot thank you both enough for helping my niece with the arrangements and myself with this process. You are all very caring, compassionate people.
