I chose Elliott’s at Ninth Avenue quite randomly when my husband died tragically in 2023, and was so glad I did! They provided a stress free, highly professional service, with very caring, respectful and compassionate staff who looked after me so kindly during a very difficult time. They then followed up with very timely group grief counselling which helped enormously. They go above and beyond and I had no hesitation in recommending them with confidence to family when another loss rocked our world. I would like to give special thanks to Yvonne and Kylie who added their own very personal touch.

This was my first experience dealing directly with a funeral service company and was not sure what to expect or how matters were conducted. At what was an incredibly difficult time for me personally the team at Elliot’s couldn’t have been more warm, sympathetic and understanding. I was looked after by Yvonne Winch and her experience was immediately clear. Yvonne was attentive without being intrusive she made the entire process one that my family and I were able to focus on each other and our grief safe in the knowledge that all the professional and legal aspects of the process were being handled. Yvonne knew when to talk when to listen when to console and when to have a laugh. When our journey together reached its end I thanked them sincerely and made it abundantly known how their presence and professionalism made what was a daunting journey easy.
