We loved the gentleness and kindness offered by Erin, Jono and Parris at the worst time of our lives - the loss of our very much loved mum, daughter and sister. Jono's relaxed manner and subtle humour was reassuring, while planning was efficient ensuring everything was perfect for Stacey's farewell. Erin's vibrancy shone. Sadly my wife passed on Christmas Day evening. We live close to Mountain View, Rotorua and always preferred them when the time came. Jono who was on duty over Christmas took our 10pm call and was with us quickly, organising removal of body and setting wheels in motion for a fast cremation - my wife’s wish. I lost my mum unexpectedly last week and Jono made everything so easy for us at such a difficult time. He had the respect to allow us to fulfill my mum's final wishes which all happened fast.
