I tried to contact Osbornes funeral service for a password to stream a funeral but no answer. I tried again later only to be told they did not have the password available and I would have to give my details and they would come back to me. By that time the funeral was already half way through. I decided to just put the phone down. I will leave any comments up to the person who reads this. My wife has dementia so I could not attend the funeral. Thanks Osborne's.

They were genuine and helpful to our family, and very understanding regarding the various quirks and medical difficulties contained therein. They led us through the whole funeral/burial process with so much patience, and their knowledge was truly invaluable. Thank you so much Osbornes, you honoured a wonderful woman in such a beautiful way, and helped a grieving family more than you'll ever know.

From organizing the transport of Mum from Whakatane to Rotorua, to the service details and catering. They took so much stress away from us we didn't have to worry about Mums funeral etc we got to spend time with our family.
