Over the last couple of years our family have lost a number of loved ones and every single time we have chosen to use Terry Longley and Son Funeral directors. The level of service has been outstanding and the compassion and empathy shown at a very difficult time has been second to none. From the minute the process started right down to the follow up calls weeks later, they let you know they genuinely care and you know are in good hands. We felt Michael Bates was exceptional to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and he even offered us a key to the viewing room so we could go in at any time of the day or night to say our goodbyes. Anne Fortune also spent a great deal of time with us ensuring nothing was missed out of the service and showed such devotion not just to her role but to our family.
