Thank you for the awesome service. From Australia, I attended the Livestream passing of a dear cousin in New Zealand, celebrating his life with his family, dear friends, and his Army comrades. It was very moving, filled with tears, laughter, music, and the joy he shared with so many people, family, friends, Army comrades, strangers, and acquaintances... My dear cousin brought, and shared so much joy, values, and always, a helping hand, regardless of who they were... until we meet again, you'll always be with us in spirit... Lots of Aroha... Rest in Peace, dear Larry R...

I would like to acknowledge Clevelands Funeral Home for the professional and caring service our family received at a very emotional time. Their guidance helped our family in our decision making at the passing of my daughter and husband within a few months of each other. They listened and nothing was too much trouble. Their attention to detail much appreciated. Bless you and thank you so much.

Thank you for your professionalism and sensitivity in the running of Dad’s funeral. The entire process was seamless and efficient with every detail thoughtfully considered. All our special requests were carried out and family and friends made to feel welcome on the day of the funeral. We enjoyed beautiful catering afterwards and the cemetery experience was also very professional, including the beautiful vintage hearse. I could not fault Cleveland Funeral Home and highly recommend them, particularly our funeral director John Goodare, assisted by funeral director Simon Franks. Sincere thanks from our family.

Very professional people who went out of their way to ensure we were able to farewell our Dad under difficult Covid restrictions. They worked hard to ensure those in the family that were able to attend the viewings and send Dad off were accommodated, whilst still following the limits on numbers. We really appreciated their wonderful one on one service and caring manner. (Christine - nee Hook)

Absolutely the worst service ever. My father's funeral was destroyed by their poor management. Was rude to his wife and myself and didnt allow her to go to the herse to say her last goodbyes and closed the boot before she could get to the vehicle where my dad was lying and told us to go away. Music played through the service kept stopping. People got food poisoning from their terrible food. Would not recommend this funeral home. They never apologised for this poor service.
