Scott's Funeral Services looked after all the arrangements when my Father-in-law passed away. Never having been directly involved in the organizing of anything relating to the death of a family member we were completely at a loss. We rang a couple of places in the area and when we spoke to Amanda at Scott's we just knew that she was the right fit for us. Amanda handled everything with delicacy and care. She was compassionate to the family and friends, on call for us anytime and truly helped guide us through a difficult situation. The team at Scott's did a lovely job of arranging amazing flowers that looked so beautiful, the catering was lovely and made sure the photo tributes ran smoothly through the service. We really didn't have to think about anything once it was handed over to their care. We'd like to thank them, and especially Amanda for all their support at this difficult time.

Scotts was amazing when Dad passed away. They were sensitive and compassionate, and all the staff members I interacted with were incredibly kind and professional. Amanda in particular was a joy to work with and provided excellent support and advice as we navigated our new normal and made arrangements for Dad. I would recommend Scotts to anyone without reservation.

Getting there: turn down Fairy Pools Lane and second on the right, you will see their sign. They have some parking outside and a drop-off area or alternatively park on the side of the lane. We wanted an informal get together and they ably provided, including great catering that had a home kitchen feel to it.

My Family were traumatized by the general rudeness and lack of COMPASSION they were shown by this company at the time of a death of a loved one ! (Also offensive to demand payment in advance !!) We would NOT recommend Scott's Funeral Services for Cremations !!
