Campbell & Sons Funeral Services took such sympathetic and respectful care of our Mum and our family when Mum passed away recently. Nothing was a bother and every little detail was covered beautifully by them, even things we hadn't thought of. I want to make particular mention of the wonderful care received from Callum and the amazing brochure, beautiful setting of the photo of Mum for the service and lovely casket plaque designed by Jamie. I wholeheartedly recommend Campbells for care of your loved ones.
We sent Mum off last week, and Campbell's were amazing. It would be remiss if we did not mention our funeral director Lisa. Lisa is phenomenal. Her care; her steady hand, guided our family through the process. I asked Dad tonight (before writing this review), if Mum would've like Lisa and we all agree, that Mum would've loved her. Have used Campbell and sons for two funerals now and the service was top notch. They have thought of absolutely everything and provide the best care for the family and loved one.
I dealt with Lisa and she was so professional and caring. Kept me informed throughout the whole process. Rang me with details where necessary etc. Highly recommend.
Overall positive. But the technology left a lot to be desired. The video link to the screen in the foyer was grainy, and out of sync with the actual service audio. The music playing through the in house speakers was great music, but through that system lacked dynamics, sounding middly and harsh. Needs improvement.
