The beautiful fingerprint necklaces they created for us were such a thoughtful touch. Every detail was handled with such respect and thoughtfulness, bringing us great comfort during a very sad time. When faced with my worst nightmare - loosing our mother Margaret in Dunedin when she was from Cromwell - from our first meeting with Matt, relief began to spread over us as every avenue was not only explained and offered to us but anticipated by Matt and the team.
