We were so lucky to have the lovely Kima looking after my Dad and our family after Dad passed. He was so attentive, respectful, kind and warm. And wonderful to deal with during a difficult time. Great communication and Kima went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and everything was how we wanted.

Having had problems with another Funeral Company when my Mother died, we were expecting the same with a different one when Dad passed away, Boy was I wrong !! nothing was a problem for Brad and his team, every question answered, willingness to go above and beyond what was expected, we didnt have to use the inhouse suppliers and were able to supply our own everything!. The level of care they displayed when looking after my Dad and family was World Class (I cant think of a better word to describe how good they are). The invoice was way less than expected and I had plenty of time too settle it. We were never rushed into making decisions and nothing was a problem. We cant thank Brad and his team enough!

Absolutely nothing was too much. The Lower Hutt staff were kind, empathetic, very professional, respectful and caring. The room was comfortable, the furnishings were elegant. I highly recommend them.
What an amazing experience at such a sad time. These lovely people were so caring and nothing was to much trouble.No mater how many times we went to visit the compassion we felt every time was amazing. I could not fault anything and highly recommend this place.
