We found the funeral home very warm and inviting and thank the team who cared for our mum and handle everything with respect and professionalism. Graham was very helpful and quick to respond and action any questions on request. We received some really nice comments from friends and family on the service, the little extra touches and attention to detail that we weren’t expecting that made it a really beautiful service. Dignity, compassion and helpful suggestions made the whole commitment of our beloved husband and family member so much easier. Questions answered with care and diplomacy were comforting. The staff were friendly, helpful and sincere not trying to sell themselves.This first meeting impressed me immensely. Everything I was looking for was there. It felt just right.
