I don’t even know where to begin. With Family close and myself who was trying to organise this from Australia, Andrew and the rest of the Team were very seamless. Their approach to us, chilled natured, adapted very well with us too, something all of us assume is unheard of in this profession, but we appreciated it! We felt comforted in the chaos we couldn’t seem to control when it comes to distress we all feel in these times, but we were very relaxed, and appreciated that they really came to our level. I could even begin to say how much me and my family appreciated that we felt so taken care of, it took a lot of weight off our shoulders and gave us all the space we needed to truly have the moment we so desperately desire in these times.
