During what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Rob was understanding and met us where we were at—building great rapport, showing sincerity, and even finding moments of lightness when we needed it most. Every aspect of the arrangements was handled with care and sensitivity, ensuring that we felt supported and understood throughout the entire process. He explained things in such a way we could understand and made a place safe to ask the 'dumb' questions. Rob went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, making a challenging experience much more manageable. We were in quite an unusual and complicated situation, but his kindness, patience, and respectful approach did not go unnoticed. It made a meaningful difference to us all. He was a constant support and advisor in a process that was confusing and difficult. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to Rob.
